The library being the most important part of the education system is the hub of all the activities in the Campus. Much care is taken to provide the best of the best facilities in the library to motivate the students and the faculty members to make use of the facilities. Library consist of central library and departmental libraries which collectively support the educational needs of all the programme. The library and information centre of the college has kept pace with emerging challenges. The library stretches over 500 square meters with the capacity to accommodate 200 students at a time and it is enabled with Wi-Fi technology.

The concept of creating a ‘home away from home’ underlines the care taken to make the students comfortable in the hostels. Newly built modern structure with spacious rooms caters to the residential needs of the boarders staying away from their homes. The primary purpose of the hostel is to provide an environment that is conducive for concentrated study and cultivate a life style of discipline and co-operation. The Campus has a separate hostel section for girls and boys located within the premises under the management of Hostel Committee. All these residential facilities come to the students at a very economical rate, minimizing the financial burden on the parents.

Dedicated wardens and supervisory staff along with faculty members oversee the welfare of the students. Discipline is practiced through well-maintained timings and study hours with strict vigilance exercised with regard to visitors. The hostel and the college premises are completely free from ragging. A warm and pleasant environment in the hostel ensures that the students interact among themselves freely, learn to extent mutual support when required and develop close friendly relation.

Holy Grace educational institution runs its own transport fleet catering service to students who commute daily. The busses run on all working days at different route. The students are to commute only by authorized school vehicles so as to ensure safety and security of our students.

The Medical Clinic/ Infirmary is equipped with all necessary medical equipment, pharmacy and an in-patient ward with beds. A full time Medical Practitioner, Dr. Diljith K P is available from 9.am to 4.30pm. Dr. K.T. Antony (Ophthalmologist) is also available twice a week. The services of a qualified Nurse, Pharmacist and Lab Technician are ensured.

SWIMMING ACADEMY

It is a new initiative of Holy Grace to equip students with a “must skill” for all. There are exclusive professional coaches available for boys and girls separately. The 25mtr swimming pool is another feather to the cap of Holy Grace having innumerable laurels.

COMPULSORY CONFIDENCE BUILDING EXERCISES

The adventurous exercises like Rappelling, Cave Exploration, Mountaineering, Horse riding, Shooting etc. are given to the students. Out bound training is done under the safe and secure guidance of experienced Airforce officers. Holy Grace is the only institution in South India which offers such programmes.

SHOOTING

Shooting as sporting event is promoted in the campus. The Shooting Club with 250 members is under guidance of an exclusive Coach from Indian Air Force.

HORSE RIDING

Horse Riding, the privilege is made available to GRACEANS. An exclusive Trainer is appointed for effective Training Sessions. The Boarders get lot of opportunities beyond regular class hours.

IDEA HUB

A new initiative introduced in the campus, ‘INDUSTRY 4.0’ directly connects the industry to the campus. Under this initiative a concept of automation is also introduced in the campus. Start-up companies are also encouraged under ‘INDUSTRY 4.0’ along with research based on Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) and Internet of Things( IOT).

OPEN AIR AUDITORIUM

The open-air Auditorium with seating capacity of 1000 students is situated in the Holy Grace Campus. The Auditorium is for all its graduation ceremonies, gatherings, lectures, and activities. Students’ programmes and performances are also held here as this auditorium is well-equipped with excellent acoustics. Cultural activities add colour to the college curriculum and bring out the hidden talent of the student.

COLLEGE CANTEEN

Part of the secret of success in life is to eat what you like and let the food fight it out inside. The management is happy to provide the Graceans with an aesthetically built canteen in the campus, which is now maintained and managed by experienced staff. It provides a variety of hygienically prepared delicious South Indian food, North Indian food, Vegetarian, Non-Vegetarian, Chats and fresh fruit juice.

MACHINE INTELLIGENCE RESEARCH LAB

Holy Grace Academy of Engineering is the first Engineering College in Kerala to introduce Microsoft training platform in the campus, which enables the students to become a Microsoft certified Engineer. Holy Grace is the official in-campus research hub of ‘Machine Intelligence Research Labs’ (MIR) in India as well. MIR Labs is based in USA and are global experts in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Science (DS). After successful completion of the courses offered by MIR labs, students can pursue their higher studies (MS/PhD/PDF) in foreign Universities with 100% scholarship.

ROBOTIC INCUBATION LAB

The College also provides integrated MBA with B.Tech regular certification. The in-campus Robotic Incubation Lab with certification programmes is also offered here. The in-campus industry incubation facilities for B.Tech students are also going on in parallel with other academic programmes
